EXCEL Intern
Overview
IMSA’s EXCEL program is looking for interns who are undergraduate or graduate students in STEM fields, English or education.
EXCEL is a three-week residential bridging program for incoming IMSA students. Students receive instruction in mathematics, science and English. For more information about EXCEL, please visit:

The internship will begin July 9-July 29, 2022 and will take place on the IMSA Aurora campus. Hours will be 8:30am until 5:00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Compensation will be at a rate of $14 per hour. Free on campus housing may also be available for graduate students only.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
- assist teachers in classroom instruction
- provide one-on-one and small group assistance
- oversee after class help sessions
- design and deliver supplemental lessons

- Currently seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree in STEM fields, English, or Education
