Corporate IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team! Someone who can help drive meaningful growth for our technology teams as we enter our exciting expansion phase. The position is well-suited for an organized individual who understands technology recruitment.
** This position is not available for employment visa sponsorship now or in future**
You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the full cycle IT recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview, maintaining candidate relationships, creating, and extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Maintaining, building new and existing relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
  • Facilitating and attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promote our employer brand.
  • Promoting our company’s attendance at upcoming events and engage students before, during and after the event.
  • Preparing presentations, other marketing materials to introduce our organization’s employer brand and job opportunities.
  • Define opportunities to improve campus recruiting by staying up to date on trends and influencing organizational changes that can positively impact outcomes.
You are someone with a minimum of:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human resources or related field.
