MCCJ VISTA - Accountability and Development Coordinator

The position is responsible for improving financial accountability and development by using financial management systems that provide oversight, closely aligned cost projections, and increase organizational accountability to donors through enhanced communications, tracking systems, and recognition campaigns. These activities will enhance program capacity and support program excellence and growth by providing resources to enhance services and activities, increase awareness, and enlarge donor support. Through these advancements, more low income students will be served by MCCJ’s MetroTown Diversity and Leadership Camp and Alumni Institute, mental health and wellness programs, and peer mentorships. Programs such as Emerging Leaders that serve entry-level professionals and dialogue and connection events that instigate regional diversity, equity, and inclusion, will reach a wider audience. This position will support the $250,000 overall fundraising goal through diversified funding streams.
