Brief Description of the Team
Our team oversees the onboard revenue operations that are run by third parties, which includes Retail, Spa, and Art. We work closely with our partners and the onboard teams every day to make sure that everything is running smoothly. We also manage the process for all newbuilds and revitalization projects for these areas.

Brief Description of the Internship
We are looking for support to help us with a project that will drive incremental revenue for Retail, depending on the needs at the time. One example is VIP Retail Cruises. We have them currently for Art and Casino, but in 2019, we would like to launch a similar program for Retail. This type of program could be worth more than $1M annually!

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate degree program in Business
  • A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Currently a Sophomore, Junior or Senior
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
  • Values teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
  • Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to dedicated to continuous improvement
