Old Posting: Advertising Account Coordinator
Beber Silverstein Group is looking for an Advertising Account Coordinator to assist Sr. AE in management of the day-to-day development and execution of traditional and digital efforts across all channels. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized and a strong collaborator.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opens jobs for assigned clients.
- Updates traffic report for the jobs of assigned clients.
- Creates and coordinates production schedules for all ad jobs.
- Tracks, monitors and guides all jobs for their assigned Clients through account service, creative, media, etc.
- Proofreading to make sure all creative work is accurate – no typos or errors.
- Prepares, based on approved media plans, space authorization to production, traffic and billing for them to make the buy and provide insertion orders and materials to each publication.
- Coordinates with Production Department any problems on closing date insertions.
- Checks and approves space, time and production invoices against estimates before forwarding to the client.
- Assist in tracking overall budget.
- Prepares cost estimates of Agency time for Client jobs, as needed.
- Assists Sr. AE in compiling data for special projects, client requests, etc.
- Tracks and researches competitive creative work for assigned clients.
- Recruits and assist in supervising interns.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years in Advertising, Marketing, Communications with BA/BS
· Team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow.
· Project management skills with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· MS Office experience, especially Excel and Power Point.
· Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
