Human Resources Specialist

HR Intern – Global Division HR
Specific Requirements
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will be part of the Siemens Human Resources organization and provide support to the Global HR Business Partner’s team supporting our global Service Division in all strategic HR matters. The intern selected will interact primarily with the Global HR Business Partners and other Expert Teams to work on assignments and projects as assigned and required. The intern will help support various HR topics.
These individuals should be able to work independently with guidance from the HR team. This role would start in November.
 Specific Responsibilities
  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners throughout the internship to support and learn key HR processes to support a global business unit and the Division. 
  • Prepare, review and analyze various HR Data.
  • Prepare/manage ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Execute projects as assigned such as creating a web-based database for Diversity or support/administer our global Talent Programs

Skills/Knowledge/Requirements
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau
  • Affinity to Data Analytics
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Agility to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to Detail
  • 40 Hours/Week
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management / Labor Relations
