Part-Time Data Entry Intern (Unpaid) for PipelineSuite
PipelineSuite, Inc. is a popular construction bid management software service used by general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers since 2002. Pipeline Suite, Inc. is a California Corporation headquartered in Newport Beach, California, with various satellite offices in the United States.
We are a leading construction software provider seeking interns for our data team. This role is especially fit for students studying for a career in construction or engineering, though any business student would benefit from the experience as well. Interns will learn about the pre-construction process for large commercial projects across the United States and Canada.
This role will include hands-on mentoring from the PipelineSuite team and our construction industry veterans with over 30 years of experience and construction industry education. Interns will primarily focus on learning the pre-construction process and gain in-depth training on the CSI Master Codes.
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the US, we do accept F1 Visa students as well (Optional Additional Training)
- Computer & Internet Access
- 10+ Minimum Weekly Hours Required
- 20+ Weekly Hours Preferred
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Basic Typing Abilities
- Must be studying Construction Management, Engineering, General IT/Data Technology, General Business and Marketing, etc.
- Must be a self-starter and not require micro-management
- Honest, dependable and reliable
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement and non-compete
- Must sign an internship contract with a solid start and end date, as well as performance requirements
