Administrative Assistant

Essential Functions
Document processing
Data entry into the company Real Estate system.
Maintains scanning/filing system
Assist with assembling meeting materials
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.
Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Greets and welcomes visitors in person or by telephone and directs calls; Ability to meet and exceed our customers' expectations with strong interpersonal skills
Maintains a clean and safe work area
Monitor and order office supply inventory and ability to lift items over 25 pounds
Monitor and maintain operation of office machines
Provide administrative support to company staff
Sorting and distribution of incoming mail and handling of outgoing mail
Maintain reception/kitchen/workroom areas/meeting rooms
Responsible for confirming all appointments
Work, communicate, place orders and work out shipping with a variety of vendors
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
